Ella was our first rescue
Ella was found alone on 250 acres in the hills of San Jose, Ca. Her owner no longer cared for her. He could not sell her because of her age, she was approximately 25.
She was 600 pounds under weight. She had only weeds to eat and no fresh water. We brought her home and she was so happy! Everyday when I fed her she would rub against me lovingly. Everyone who met Ella loved her. She was so beautiful!
Ella went to heaven on July12, 2024. We miss her so much!
Ella will forever be in our heart and she is remembered here at Ella's Rescue Ranch
Rona
Rona was rescued from a rancher who purchased a herd of cattle to raise for beef. He contacted us and said the herd would not let This little calf eat. She was losing weight and we could have her or he would have to kill her. We said yes we would take her. Rona has problems walking due to inbreeding. Her feet need to be trimmed every three months at $250 to $350 every time.
